Preparing for a demanding military school or selection requires more than being generally fit. This 12-week program is designed to create a structured foundation around the types of physical qualities commonly required in military preparation, including running, rucking, lifting and overall work capacity.
The program is intended for athletes who want a clear baseline plan to follow independently before a school or selection. It provides structure and progression without the ongoing customization included with Personalized Coaching.
Jake recommends beginning preparation as early as possible. In his FAQ guidance, he specifically recommends reaching out roughly three to four months before a selection date whenever possible because less preparation time means less opportunity for meaningful adaptation.
Because this is a standardized plan, it is not built around the exact requirements of every individual selection, injury history or personal limitation. Athletes who need a program tailored to a specific event or timeline should consider Personalized Coaching instead.
