Ruck Level 2 is built for athletes who already have a rucking foundation and are ready to progress toward more demanding training. The program builds on the fundamentals developed in Level 1 with greater emphasis on sustained performance under load.

Training is designed to continue developing work capacity, endurance and the ability to maintain performance as ruck demands increase. Rather than simply adding more weight or distance, the program follows structured progression so the training stress continues to produce useful adaptations.

Like all CONATUS standardized programs, Ruck Level 2 is delivered as-is and designed for independent execution. Athletes should already be comfortable with basic rucking before beginning this level.

This program may be especially useful for those preparing for more advanced military training, selection or other environments where loaded movement is a major performance requirement.

Experienced ruckers ready for more demanding progression.

A complete training plan with program guidance, warm-ups, cool-downs and progressive ruck-focused programming. Advanced programs may also include general hydration and recovery guidance.

Improve endurance, work capacity and performance during more demanding loaded movement.
